Stronger Together: Marriage & the Military

STRONGER TOGETHER: MARRIAGE & THE MILITARY

A Panel Discussion + Workshop Experience for Military & Veteran Spouses.

Military life changes everything, from your routines and relationships, to the way your spouse connects at home. From deployments to the transition back to civilian life, it’s no surprise that marriage can feel like a challenge of its own. If you’ve ever wondered:

"Why does it feel harder now that they're home?"

This workshop is for you.

Whether you're new to military life or navigating retirement, this session is a chance to learn, connect, and walk away feeling seen, supported, and hopeful. Through storytelling and a bit of brain science, you’ll gain insight into the invisible impacts of military life on marriage, as well as what to do about it.

REAL TALK, REAL TOOLS, REAL CONNECTION

  • Learn how military training, PTSD, and TBI can affect emotional connection and communication at home, even long after military service.
  • Hear from a diverse panel of military & veteran spouses with real stories of struggle, growth, and resilience.
  • Explore how to navigate stress, conflict, and changing roles in marriage.
  • Reflect on your own journey with a guided personal check-in.
  • Discover tools, resources, and strategies to support both your spouse and yourself.

This isn’t just another panel, it’s a meaningful, uplifting experience where you’ll leave with tools to navigate the changing roles of a military spouse.
