ABOUT

A lot of people who leave the military don’t know what to do next, which is why Mission43 has helped thousands of veterans and their spouses advance to a better quality of life in Idaho after the military.

At Mission43, we know that you want to be a successful civilian in Idaho and after choosing to serve, we believe you should have access to the best resources available. We understand your situation because we’ve lived it and understand how uncomfortable leaving the military can feel. Transitioning to civilian life is not for the faint of heart. Which is why, we have a community of over 7000 members across Idaho, and helped over 2500 veterans (and their spouses) advance to a better job and quality of life…. all while never taking a dime.

the TEAM

The Mission43 team’s experience reflects the community they serve. It consists of currently serving military, former military, and military spouses and they have served in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines across the Active Duty and National Guard. Their experience fighting in the Global War on Terror (GWOT), navigating DoD bureaucracies, and transitioning to civilian life all contribute to Mission43’s approach to serving military families. What unites them all is their passion for making Idaho a great place for military families.
