Your military leadership training counts at Brandman University! If you served as a Commissioned Officer, Warrant Officer (CW2+), or as a Senior NCO (E7+) you can earn a Master’s in Organizational Leadership in only 7 classes. Most Master degrees require two or more years, with Brandman’s MAOL, you could have your degree complete in a year or less!
Individuals with a graduate level education earn, on average, $12,000 more annually than those whose highest level of education is a bachelor's degree. (BLS) Make yourself more eligible and more marketable in your professional career!

DETAILS ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program is cross-disciplinary in nature and allows you to align learning outcomes with your professional goals through a selection of elective courses such as education, human resources, business administration, computer science and information systems, or health systems administration. The program is particularly tailored to the mid-career professional looking to develop the conceptual skills needed to become an innovative leader who communicates a vision and leads by example.
The MAOL in 7 classes can be completed fully online. If eligible, the degree will be reduced to 7 classes upon review of military transfer/training credits. Your diploma will not designate as received online!
